Succession Planning: Develop plans for leadership and business continuity /critical role coverage for expected and unexpected absences
Optimise development and training to meet service needs through apprenticeship schemes and training placements.
Working with teams through system wide changes /organisational restructures in developing vision and working culture to support the workforce. Training system leaders to optimise personal wellbeing and organisational resilience.
