With more than 20 years living and working in South East London, Dr. Whitnall is one of our clinical leads.
Clinical Experience
She works clinically as a GP in Lambeth and is an approved GP trainer. She has been an appraiser for GPs in our patch since 2013, supporting clinicians in reviewing their successes, addressing challenges, and planning for future development.
Educational Experience
Dr. Whitnall has held roles in education for over 10 years with KCL and KCH, served as a Programme Director for NHSE training GPs in Lambeth and Southwark, and been an Associate Director covering Lewisham and Greenwich.
What do I do at PCWA?
She represents primary care voices on the SEL Peoples Board and has been the Lambeth training hub clinical and quality lead since 2021. Since 2022, she has contributed to pan-borough primary care workforce development. As part of the SEL SLF and SLF+ teams, she has enjoyed working with practices across SEL. She now looks forward to supporting you through the Primary Care Support Team as we navigate the new NHS plan and Integrated Community Teams together.
