Carla brings 16 years of experience in Primary Care, having held various GP administrative roles before working as a Practice Manager in Bromley for six years. She has also worked as an interim PCN manager, successfully leading health inequality initiatives and helping member practices access and utilize funding opportunities.

As the Practice Management Lead for Bromley and SEL Training Hub, Carla supports organisational development by helping practices identify challenges and implement solutions. She is committed to empowering GPs and their teams to work effectively, reduce workload pressures, and prioritise quality patient care.
