Background
Colin has over 4 decades experience in the NHS. He is a qualified accountant and member of the Chartered Management Institute. He has worked in the secondary care, mental health and hospice sectors and with also a secondment to a local authority. He has for over 20 years worked as a manger in Primary Care,15 of those years as Managing Partner, the last 8 at The Lewisham Care Partnership ( 5 sites 55k patients) which is also a PCN Colin is a founding Director of One Health Lewisham Ltd the GP Federation for Lewisham, he is also the Managing Director of the Lewisham Training Hub He has experience within Local Authority Social Care & Public Health as an elected Councillor he was for 12 years the Lead Councillor and Vice Chair of the Health and Wellbeing Board for the London Borough of Sutton.
What do you do at PCWA?
I support Primary Care Organisations (Practices & PCNs) across a range of organisational issues. Ranging from Corporate challenges to staffing problems and making systems more efficient and effective to deliver a better working environment for Partners and staff whilst increasing the quality and timely outcomes for patients
