The Primary Care Workforce Academy (PCWA) works with individuals, practices and healthcare organisations to build skills, develop teams and support the primary care workforce. Primary Care Workforce Academy was born out of primary care training hubs, giving us first hand experience of developing people, delivering education and responding to workforce needs.
That experience still shapes how we work today.
Our educators and specialists include practising clinicians and professionals with extensive experience across primary care, workforce development and education. It means the training and support we provide is practical, relevant and designed around the environments our learners and partners actually work in.
