Background

I have worked within Primary Care for over twenty five year, across many areas of London. I have worked across the provider and commissioner landscape, and have always enjoyed supporting and training the workforce. I have studied and worked to an advanced level, and I have completed industry training on leadership, Clinical Education, System change and Workforce Transformation.

Clinical Experience

I have worked across a range of Primary care providers, from General Practice, walk-in centres, and community settings providing primary care services. I continue to hold a portfolio of roles, including clinincally within a school setting providing acute care for minor illness, sports injury as a walk-in service. I have managed and supported Primary Care Teams over a number of years, progressing from practice to local, regional and national level in workforce support, education and transformation.

Educational Experience

I have been advocate for training and education for clinicians within primary care for many years, from the teaching and development of clinical teams, to the curriculum design and development for the Pan London GPN fellowships Programme during my last role. I completed by PG certificate in Clinical Education at Kings College in May 2021. I was awarded a Senior Fellowships Professional Standards Framework in 2023. I am currently carrying out an Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 5 coaching qualification.
