Our Primary Care Support Program is designed to help practices overcome operational challenges with bespoke solutions crafted by experts. From workforce planning to CQC compliance and beyond, we work closely with your team to ensure sustainable improvements that benefit both your staff and patients.
Expression of Interest
Send us your Expression of Interest (EOI) to the PCST inbox. You will receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours, and we’ll aim to respond within 14 days with suggested dates for an initial 30-minute MS Teams call.
Initial Teams Call
Your EOI will be shared with the PCST team. A member of the team will contact you to arrange a 30-minute Teams Call. During the call, we will outline the issues you’re facing and summarise the discussion.
Referral Meeting
Your EOI and initial discussion will be reviewed at the weekly PCST meeting. Together, we’ll identify key issues, agree on the purpose of our support, and establish desired outcomes. A Support Plan will then be created.
Practice Agreement
You’ll receive the Support Plan and be asked to return a signed agreement. We’ll confirm meeting dates and the support to be provided. Once the support concludes, we’ll ask for your feedback to ensure we continue to improve our services.
